Andreas Lutze – Your specialist in German commercial and corporate law

Andreas Lutze´s practice focuses on German and international commercial and corporate law. He advises national and international clients on cross-border transactions, including (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions.

Andreas Lutze has extensive experience in advising Dutch and German midsized and major enterprises on corporate and business law issues, especially with regard to their cross-border transactions, as well as to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. He also regularly gives lectures to entrepreneurs on topics related to German business law in both German and Dutch language.

Andreas Lutze successfully finished the post-doc specialization courses on trade and company law as well as on international business law. He is a member of the German lawyers Association, as well as the German-Dutch lawyers association.
